Return of the Living Dead is actually what I believe to be the origin of the whole idea that zombies love brains. In fact, in all honesty, I've only seen the whole "brains" stereotype utilized in a few movies, but I believe this to be the origin (or at least one of the origins) to it.

Basically it follows a rather interesting plot about a zombie outbreak in a small industrial town. The way the zombie outbreak starts is pretty badass. Then the rest of the movie is spent fending them off. The zombies in this movie are pretty far from your traditional zombies. They talk, they think, they're clever, and they're pretty strong.

While it's not your typical zombie film, it's still an interesting one, and one of my favorites.
